Jim Griffith

Jim began his ministry in 1975 starting new churches because he saw this as the most effective way to reach new people. Over the next 21 years, he launched six new churches that primarily reached those outside the church. In 1996, he began to share his experience through coaching and training new church pastors and their teams. In 2001, Jim transferred these learnings to existing churches wanting to reach new people in their communities. Additionally, he has conducted over 2,000 assessments of candidates for ministry, helping place them in ministries or congregations to maximize their effectiveness. Jim has a B.S. from the University of Florida, M.Div. and Th.M. from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
