What: This is a two-day workshop intended to help those interested in developing a coaching ministry to church planters. Many groups have used the Workshop for the purpose of supervising church-planting candidates.
Format: Participants are expected to come prepared to discuss and interact and reflect on their calling and abilities to assist church planters in a coaching capacity. Each module is divided equally between Training and Q&A.

Jim is the Founder of Griffith Coaching Network, A Senior Trainer with CMTC Church Planter BootCamps, and Director of Church Planting Services for Easum, Bandy & Associates.
Having planted 5 churches over a twenty-year period, Jim has now focused on assessing, training, and coaching church planters. Since 1996 he’s trained over 500 coaches, and coached over 100 church plants and dozens of denominational executives.

In this six hour workshop, congregational teams will re-learn how to align themselves with the neighborhood around the church.
This "how to" workshop includes:
Reclaiming a missionary’s heart
- Networking strategies
- How to “define” your mission field
- Planning events that meet the needs of those not in the church, and
- How to offer extravagant hospitality
In the process of moving from inward to outward, members’ hearts will be transformed for the mission of spreading the Good News.
