How does Griffith Coaching approach the providing of coaching and consulting services?
We use a team-based approach to coaching and consulting. Every member of the team has a wealth of experience from which to draw. Regardless of the project, they work together to create the best possible outcome for you and your organization. All of the team are “Griffith certified.” They have worked and trained with Jim and are experienced in coaching and consulting.
What is the fee structure for coaching and consulting services?
The investment in coaching and consulting services varies according to the level and extent of service you request. Coaching contracts have an annual fee. On-site visits involve either a daily charge or a package price for a multi-day consultation plus all related expenses.
Is the Griffith Coaching Network affiliated with any particular denomination?
No. The Griffith Coaching team members come from a variety of denominational backgrounds and work with many types and kinds of churches. Denominations served include United Methodist, Presbyterian (PCUSA), Episcopal, Lutheran (ELCA), United Church of Christ, Southern Baptist, Evangelical Free, Baptist General Conference, Christian and Missionary Alliance, Church of the Nazarene and more.
