Rev. Dr. Kim Griffith serves as the Executive Director for Griffith Coaching, as well as a Path 1 New Church Strategist with United Methodist Discipleship Ministries. She was a church planter for over 10 years, starting a new service at First UMC in Ft. Myers, Florida, and starting River of Life UMC in Jacksonville, Florida. She also served as the Associate Director of New Church Development for the Florida Annual Conference. Kim is an ordained minister in the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church. She and her husband, Jim, have seven grown children between them and live in Orlando, FL.
Rev. Paul Nickerson is an ordained United Church of Christ pastor of more than 30 years. Paul served 20 years in parishes, turning around declining congregations. He then worked with 400 congregations at the Conference level, specializing in evangelism, vitality and new church starts. For the past three years, Paul has served as a full-time Sr. Associate for Griffith Coaching, currently working with churches in more than 15 states. Paul is married to the Rev. Dr. Jim Ozier is an ordained United Methodist minister and is the Director of New Church Development and Congregational Transformation for the North Texas Conference. Previously, Jim served as senior pastor of the 4000-member Trietsch Memorial UMC in Flower Mound, TX. Trietsch more than tripled in size, attendance, and stewardship under Jim’s leadership. He leads seminars on culture and hospitality and also specializes in coaching “ Pastors Following Founding Pastors” and large churches. Jim is married to Suzanne. Rev. Steve James is an ordained United Methodist minister and has served churches in urban, suburban and small town settings. He has also planted a new church and provided leadership as the Director of Connectional Ministries and as the Director of Congregational Development for the Western North Carolina Conference. Steve has devoted a substantial portion of his ministry to equip congregations to more effectively reach out to underrepresented generations. He has extensive experience in coaching and consulting in all areas of life and ministry with pastors and laity in new and existing churches across the country. Sally Morgenthaler brings thirty years of ministry experience to address a broad spectrum of issues surrounding worship and church leadership. Her best selling book, Worship Evangelism, catalyzed the shift from seeker/entertainment-driven services to worship/spiritual experience-driven services. She has been a regular columnist in many periodicals, including: Rev Magazine, Net Results, Preaching Plus, and Worship Leader. Additional experience as a “Search” consultant, as well as Congregational Strategist equips her to work with large churches at many levels including: Willow Creek Community Church, Saddleback Church, and Church of the Resurrection. Sally serves with Griffith Coaching as a coach and search strategist for churches seeking worship leadership staff.
