Rev. Paul Nickerson served as a local pastor for sixteen years and most recently as Associate Conference Director for New and Revitalizing Churches in the Massachusetts Conference of Churches of Christ.
Paul works with established churches around vitality issues and turnaround congregations. He also works with new church starts around assessment, training and coaching issues.
Additionally, Paul also has extensive experience helping judicatories set up sustaining systems for vitality and new church starts.
Paul has a B.A. from Boston University and M. Div from Andover-Newton and resides in Beverly (Boston), Massachusetts with his wife, Rev. Dr. Marlayna Schmidt, and has two sons.
