In 1999, Mark moved to Edmond Oklahoma and had no land and no people, but he did have a burning desire to reach the mission field in which God had placed him. Today, “Acts 2 Church” is an "Ancient-Future" emerging church with a large campus, multiple services, multiple full-time staff, and still growing.
Before entering the ministry, Mark worked as a reporter and producer for ABC and NBC. He helped start NBC Newschannel (The first broadcast 24 hour network news operation.) as a National/International Desk producer.
Mark is a graduate Oklahoma State University, BA in Broadcast Journalism and SMU, M.Div. He and his wife, Chantelle, have two boys and reside in Edmond, OK.
