Linnea Nilsen Capshaw grew up in a pastor’s home, has four siblings who are pastors, and a mother with an M.Div. As a result, she has been enmeshed in church life for over thirty years and understands the complexities of the church environment.
Additionally, Linnea brings considerable skills to Griffith Coaching. Her specialties include:

She’s also affiliated with Brian McLaren’s, Deep Shift & Bill Easum.
Prior to consulting, Linnea had over ten years of experience as a health care administrator, facilitating positive change by developing leaders, empowering staff and implementing new organizational systems and strategies to achieve the mission and vision of the companies.
A graduate of Concordia College, Linnea has a M.A. in Hospital and Health Administration from the University of Iowa. Linnea is married to Daniel Capshaw, and lives in Columbia, Maryland.
