Cathy Townley is a former worship director in both existing and new church starts, and the author of Designing Worship Teams. A Deacon in the United Methodist church, for the past 6 years, Cathy served as director of New Church Development at Hosanna! Lutheran Church in Lakeville, MN.
Cathy has also written and published a number of worship songs, all through Abingdon Press. She has written for Net Results, Next Wave, and Strategies for Today’s Leaders magazines.
Cathy leads the seminar: Revitalize Your Church through Worship: for churches making worship changes
Cathy has a B.S. in Speech and Drama from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and an MA from Luther Seminary. Cathy and her husband, Terry, reside in Minnesota.

Revitalize Your Church through Worship is for established churches making worship changes. You will learn the basic building blocks to help you create an enduring climate that supports worship changes. You will also consider the deeper values that influence worship development in every setting.
Registration
Designed for teams of 3 to 5 persons from each church, including lead pastors, worship leaders, musicians, program staff and greeters. Limited to 20 projects per event.
