In 2003, Rev. Carolyn Moore did a parachute drop church plant in Augusta, GA that became Mosaic United Methodist Church. It has since grown to 230. Before that, she served as an associate pastor with responsibility for creating and growing an off-campus worship service for a large church in a university town (sort of like “church planting on training wheels”).
She has a BA in Religion from the University of Georgia and a M.Div. from Asbury Theological Seminary.
Carolyn is married to Steve Moore, a social studies teacher, and they have one daughter.
